What are the baking instructions for my pigs in a blanket?
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Remove frozen pigs in a blanket from tray and place seam side down 1" apart on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. (Cooking time may vary slightly depending on oven.) Check that pigs in a blanket are cooked thoroughly. The internal temperature needs to reach 165°F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots.

Brooklyn Piggies ships to the contiguous United States.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately, no. We are unable to ship our products outside the contiguous United States.
How do you ship?
(Explanation of Shipping charge) We use plenty of dry ice and a reusable, insulated cooler - a packaging combination that will insure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition. Standard Delivery – We ship using FedEx Ground. Your package will arrive in 2-10 business days from the day you place your order. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
No. The FedEx driver will leave the order at the door in our tightly sealed Styrofoam cooler.
Can I ship to an apartment?
Yes. But usually the carriers will not leave your package outside the door if no one is home or if no one answers the door of an apartment or the apartment complex. We cannot be responsible if a delivery attempt was made on time and the recipient was not home to receive the package. It is your responsibility to inform your recipient of their scheduled delivery.
Why didn't my credit/debit card go through?
Below is a list of issues that customers often come across when trying to purchase orders online using a credit or debit card: 1) Please double check that you entered the correct expiration date, and that your card isn't expired. 2) Make sure that you are entering the correct Security Code. 3) Make sure the billing address for your order matches the billing address that is on your credit/debit card statement.
What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address?
Always double check your order using one of our many confirmation methods. Please call us as soon as you notice any address errors. We will do everything possible to make sure the order is shipped to the correct address. Please be advised that if an incorrect address was provided, and the food is shipped/delivered to the incorrect address, we will be happy to reship your meals to the correct address. However, we will have to charge you for the reshipment. Because the product is perishable, orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled or rerouted.

I just placed an order online. How will I know that it has been delivered?
If you provide an email address we will send you a shipment notification with a tracking number when your order ships.
What do I do with the dry ice that is in the cooler?
Do not touch the ice with your bare hands. It is really cold! You may leave it in the cooler and place the cooler outside. The ice will evaporate within 24 hours.
Is a personalized message include with my gift?
Yes, your gift message is included on the packing receipt contained in the package.
